You can pay with either a PayPal Account or via a cheque.
What happens with my personal information?
Your information is only used so that we can gather the relevant details to process and post your orders. We will not pass your information on to any other source.
Can I return earrings?
Due to hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order as little or as much as you like.
Can I specify chain length for necklaces?
Yes, for a small additional charge.
What if I am not happy with my order?
We are confident that you will be extremely happy with the quality of your order. If for any reason you are not, we require that you contact us with the reason. This allows us to correct any errors and make sure the same problem doesn’t occur again. If you then return the product(s) to us in perfect condition within 14 days we will be happy to give you a full refund of your money.
Do Greetings Cards include an envelope?
Yes. Each card comes with its own matching envelope.
