Terms and Ordering

Data Protection

  1. As required by the UK Data Protection Act, we follow strict procedures regarding the storage and disclosure of provided information.
  2. No personal information will be knowingly disclosed to any third party.

Ordering

  1. Until the Shop is up and running please email your requirements to sales@thejewelleryhouse.co.uk or telephone.
  2. We will contact you to confirm all requirements via phone and email.
  3. To formalise an order, please confirm all details on email and send a cheque for the agreed amount to the contact address.
  4. Make cheque’s payable the “The Jewellery House”.
  5. Once the cheque has cleared, the commissioned jewellery will be made to order and dispatched.

Deliveries

  1. All orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail Special Delivery within 7 days of the order being placed (or cheque clearance for Cheque payments). Postage for all orders costs £4.95
  2. Customers can qualify for free delivery on goods ordered over the value of £75.
  3. Royal Mail Special Delivery is required for insurance purposes and requires a signature on delivery.
  4. If an order does not arrive, please contact The Jewellery House as well as Royal Mail.

Returns

  1. Items purchased can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be returned unused in their original packaging.
  3. The cost of return postage is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Customers should obtain a Certificate of Posting or Royal Mail Special Delivery, as any items not received will not be refunded.
  5. Refunds will be made minus the cost of initial postage.
  6. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
  7. Please contact sharon@thejewelleryhouse.co.uk for any faulty / damaged goods or incorrect orders.

Any and All Decisions of “The Jewellery House” are Final.
