
Terms and Ordering
Data Protection
- As required by the UK Data Protection Act, we follow strict procedures regarding the storage and disclosure of provided information.
- No personal information will be knowingly disclosed to any third party.
Ordering
- Until the Shop is up and running please email your requirements to sales@thejewelleryhouse.co.uk or telephone.
- We will contact you to confirm all requirements via phone and email.
- To formalise an order, please confirm all details on email and send a cheque for the agreed amount to the contact address.
- Make cheque’s payable the “The Jewellery House”.
- Once the cheque has cleared, the commissioned jewellery will be made to order and dispatched.
Deliveries
- All orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail Special Delivery within 7 days of the order being placed (or cheque clearance for Cheque payments). Postage for all orders costs £4.95
- Customers can qualify for free delivery on goods ordered over the value of £75.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery is required for insurance purposes and requires a signature on delivery.
- If an order does not arrive, please contact The Jewellery House as well as Royal Mail.
Returns
- Items purchased can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned unused in their original packaging.
- The cost of return postage is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers should obtain a Certificate of Posting or Royal Mail Special Delivery, as any items not received will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be made minus the cost of initial postage.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.

Any and All Decisions of “The Jewellery House” are Final.
